Avon skin goodness CC color corrector cream SPF50/PA+++ reviews

Today, I am going to review a CC cream that contains SPF 50/PA+++. I do not like using foundations on my face as these feel heavy on face and so a CC cream seems to be a right alternative for  my skin.

Formulated with licorice and vitamin C, this advanced color-corrector begins to fade dark spots and hyperpigmentation after just two weeks of use. Protects with SPF 50. Provides with medium coverage

Product description: The color corrector cream comes in black cardboard packaging inside which lies a cute mini cream tube. The tube has a screw open cap which is wide and opens easily. There is no information about ingredients both on packaging and cream.

My reviews on Avon skin goodness CC color corrector cream SPF 50/PA+++:

My skin type is normal to oily. Remove the cap of the tube and press the tube so that product comes out. The product is peach colored and has smooth liquid light moisturizing texture which is neither too runny nor too firm. Its easy to blend on skin and only a small product is required to cover most of the face. The formula is light weight and it sinks into skin within seconds. It dries up fast so blend it immediately within seconds after application. It blends easily on skin offering radiance to normal skin. After blending, skin looks little glowing and radiant right after first application. It smells like foundations. Skin feels smooth without making it greasy or too oily. With SPF 50/PA+++, there is no requirement of additional sunscreen along with it.

Coverage: It provides light to medium coverage. Initially the coverage is light but it turns medium as one puts more layers. After adding two to three layers, the formula feels little heavy on my skin. The amazing thing is the smooth, natural and radiant skin it leaves if blended well. The product does not settle or crack in fine lines and blurs fine lines. Small imperfections like pores and small pimples can be covered but major imperfections are difficult to cover with it. It hides hyperpigmentaion and redness of skin to some extent and evens out uneven skin tone. There should have more tinge of orange in the product to provide better coverage. The product fades dark spots after few weeks of application. People having dry skin will need a little moisturizer underneath it. 

Finish: The product offers a natural finish. Its little dewy and suits both fair and medium skin tones. It contains very minute particles which offers radiance to fair skin tones but such a finish might not suit people having dusky skin. 

Staying power: The product survives around 4 and a half hours without setting it with powder. If powder is used over it, it can last around 15 hours. 

Shade: The shade medium wheat is suited to medium to fair skin tones. It suits Indian skin tones well. If the product had more orange tinge, it would have suited medium skin tones in a more better way.

Would I repurchase Avon skin goodness CC color corrector cream SPF 50/PA+++?

Yes. The fragrance is similar to foundations but this does not bother me much. The amazing thing is it leaves my skin glowing, fades spots and evens out uneven skin tone. Overall a good skincare product
