Glowing and beautiful skin is something which we all desire to have. There are many factors like nutritional deficiency in food, stress, insufficient sleep etc which reduce skin glow and moisture retention in skin thereby making it pale and dull. Here are few recipes and exercises that will make you look more beautiful and younger than before:
1. For naturally glowing and reddish cheeks:
This recipe makes cheeks glowing due to improved hemoglobin formation and enhanced circulation of blood. Its also useful for patients suffering from anemia and sinusitis. Take 1 glass of pure milk, especially the one obtained from cow. This recipe works best with cow's milk only. Add 4 to 6 cloves of garlic to it and boil. You can add more cloves of garlic depending on your taste. Select thick cloves for better results. After boiling, let it cool to warm temperature. When its warm, add honey as per taste and drink slowly by taking small sips. Try it every evening at least for a month and get up early next morning. Your stomach will get cleaned easily and belly fat will also get reduced. Its results are better in winters as it protects from cold and cough also.
2. For glowing and healthy skin:
For making skin more clear and glowing, try this tomato soup. Almost all of us know this soup very well as you can easily find it in restaurants or street food counters. But this time prepare it at home and choose red colored (and if possible, ripe) tomatoes from making it. Remove peels and seeds of tomatoes, and take out the pulp of the tomatoes in a glass. Now add about one-fourth or lesser quantity of water to the pulp. The quantity of water added depends whether you want to make your soup thick or thin like a liquid. Add black salt and/or black pepper to add taste. Mix it well and drink. If you do not like the taste, add spices like garlic, onions and other veggie stuff to make it more tasteful but the quantity of tomato pulp should be more than other stuff. Drink by taking small sips and try for 2 months or more.
During winters, you can warm it before drinking. During summers, you can drink it without warming. Try it empty stomach after bathing. It may not taste like the tomato soup available in restaurants. After this, rub again the skin of the whole face, starting from the chin to the fore-head. Keep breathing deeply. By this exercise the wrinkles on the face shall vanish and it shall acquire a healthy look.

For making skin fair and clear, take 1 table spoon of gram flour. Add milk to it. Do not make it too liquid(y). Apply it on face and let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Wash your face and repeat it twice a day, once in morning and once in evening. Try at least for 15 days to improve fairness of skin.

To remove dark circles, take a pomegranate and a lemon. Eat/consume the fruit part and take the red colored peels (non eatable outer part of the fruit) of both the fruits. Dry the peels and make its powder either by crushing into smaller bits by hand or in a grinder. Take small amount of the powder of this mixture.
Add honey, gram flour and milk cream to it. There is no specific ratio or quantity. Simply take all these quantities in a ratio that this mixture works like a paste. Apply this paste before sleeping on dark circles and remove it next morning by rubbing slowly. If it does not come out easily, wet your hands with warm water and rub slowly. After removing, wash the area below your eyes with warm water. This mixture provides sufficient nutrition for removing dark circles. It exfoliates the dead areas and soften the skin. Take balanced diet, avoid over-fried and spicy foods. Add more and more fruits in your diet. Practice breathing exercises which have miraculous results even in chronic diseases like cancers.
